Our reception was at the 23rd Floor at the Wells Fargo Building in downtown SLC. The reception was absolutely beautiful--there were wall to wall windows overlooking the whole city, the flowers were amazingly gorgeous, candles were everywhere even hanging from the ceiling, and the music was perfect. I always imagined getting married in the summer and having beautiful, bright colors but Austin loves the winter so I was more than happy to get married during his favorite season. I decided to embrace the white, snow covered trees and mountains and have a more wintry theme for our reception. I figured that if we were getting married in the winter we would have a beautiful winter wedding---so my colors were white and shimmery gold. We had a fabulous night with all of our friends and families (and even a few strangers) =) --thanks to all those people who made that night wonderful!!
