Happy Easter Everyone! The Easter bunny didn't visit us this year because we are trying to avoid all of the "goodies" that come in Easter baskets--so we just gave each other a gift. But I decided that Easter just isn't the same without the Easter bunny so even if we are steering clear of junk food next Easter we'll still do baskets or at least an Easter egg hunt-- they'll just have healthy snacks in them! I am guessing that Easter is a lot more fun when you have kids--the Easter bunny probably doesn't forget you then! =) Gran put on a little party tonight which was a lot of fun, it's always good seeing the family, but we ended up eating a lot of the junk we were trying to avoid--oh well! That's what holidays are for! Hope you all had a fun day!
By the way, in church we learned that Easter falls on the first Sunday following the first ecclesiastical full moon that occurs on or after the day of the vernal equinox (spring equinox). I guess Easter won't occur this early again for over 200 years! Even though it was very weird to have Easter in March it was awesome to experience something that occurs so infrequently!

The Easter bunny didnt visit us this year either. Mainly because we had Just gotten home from our honeymoon the Friday before and Saturday we were cleaning and putting our house together ALL day. It's all done now, so I guess it was worth it.
Hi Layla I am private now but I am adding you to the list. I feel bad cuz I didn't get to hang out with you very much in Moab :( I think it was fun though...did you have a good time? I love to go jeeping, and lots of other out doors stuff...any hoo way cute blog!!! You two are a cute couple you will make beautiful babies for sure!
