On the rare morning when the sun is shining and I get to enjoy a run outside, please let me finish without being caught in a violent, windy, rain storm.
Oh and could you PLEASE do something about the 80-90% humidity?
ah i'm so sorry! it looks like your trip to st thomas was amazing though!!! you guys got a lot of stuff in while you were there, how fun, and now i am craving one of those shakes! :-)
No es bueno. Although I hear it is much easier on your lungs to run there because of the elevation - which is always nice. I am just jealous of your running (and your recent vacay's - that sounds like heaven right now) hopefully soon :)
oh my goodness... what a terrible thing to happen when you're all geared up to go on a run! this summer's weather has definitely been random, no matter what part of the country you live in!
