MAUI day 7

On our last day we just wanted to relax & enjoy some Maui rays.

We spent the entire day basking....and baking in the hot, hot sun. 

After packing up, we headed to the Iao Needle for one last hike.

Friends recommended Giannotto's to us, and sure enough, it was yummy.

Love us some New York style pizza.

In the battle between me vs. the sun, I lost. 

I thought that I had managed what most people are not able to during a Hawaiian vacation...not get a sunburn. But sure enough, those last hours in the sun fried my delicate irish/italian skin and I went home looking like a lobster. My reddened body made the redeye flight less than enjoyable.

But it was worth it. I was one happy lobster.
