Yesterday was Platinum's annual draft during which the managers pick the city where their office will be located for the summer! It was a nerve racking day, week, month(s) for us!
This year we would have loved to go to DC, NYC, Fairfax or Virginia Beach. I was hoping for one of the 4.
Austin rocks and worked his butt off the past few months so he could get the #1 city he wanted to go to!

He picked NYC! This year Platinum only has one office in NYC so Austin is way excited that he has all of NYC and New Jersey to sell with his guys. We are very, very HAPPY! I feel like I am going home! I have missed seeing the city skyline from my windows!

Missy is going to Seattle--sad, we are on opposite ends of the country-- but I have never been to Seattle so I will definitely be visiting her this summer!
Even though we are going back to the same city as last summer I have a feeling this summer will be much different and even better--new people, new apartments, and a different part of the city to live in. There is so much of NYC I was unable to see last summer so I am ecstatic to go back! I look forward to all the new broadway plays, movies in the park, shopping and more sight seeing! I am excited for all of Austin's office activities too--we have a great group with some wonderful wives--and I just know this summer is going to be a fabulous one--and a VERY successful one! ....I think the first thing I will do when I get to New York is walk across the Brooklyn bridge and eat some delicious Grimaldi's pizza!
Thank you Austin, Jake and Nicholaus for working so darn hard and giving me the opportunity to go back to the City I love and adore. "New York City, you're so Pretty".

If there is one city you can go back to time and time again and never get sick of it or see new things every time, NYC would definitely be the place!

How fun! I begged Greg to choose a New York office last year but he went for North Carolina instead! Which was so fun, but I want to live in New York! I am so excited for you guys!
