Color Me Mine Projects!

We finally got our mug and milk jug back from Color Me Mine! Austin painted the mug and I am super impressed. He designed it with his 2 favorite things (skiing-hence the Snowbird emblem and his job-hence the Platinum Protection emblem). He did it all on his own without any help or ideas from anyone else. He did an awesome job. I made sure to drink out of it as soon as he brought it home! I enjoyed painting the milk jug but what do you do with a milk jug? Do you actually put milk in it? It seems kind of redundant to pour milk from its original container into another container unless you're serving it in some sort of nice setting--and the only time I can think that milk could be served would be breakfast and then wouldn't you serve orange juice or something to your guests? Anyway it baffles me but it's cute and maybe I"ll put a plant in it or something. This is why I don't normally do crafts--I can never find a place or use for them! Oh well, it was fun. We've been to Color Me Mine 2 or 3 times this past month with a few of our friends and I think all of us are getting pretty into it--I wonder if there will be a Color Me Mine setup in New York? I'll put it on my "to research" list.

That looks really fun and relaxing. We have one here in Provo that I want to go to. That "milk Jug" looks like a good decoration piece.

I go to the Rak all the time! Its really competetive though- one day they will have a hole rack of Juicy mailot swimsuits and the next day GONE. Yes- that would be so fun to visit during the summer! We STILL don't have our apartments! (tearing my hair out). I laughed when I read your last comment, its so true... there's so much else I need to be doing. So I doubt I will make it back up to Nordstroms Rak before we leave, but if I do I will for sure give you a call!

Oh how cute!I want a cute milk jug. You are totally right though, I have NO idea what I would do with it. But it sure looks cute and I bet would be a great "conversation piece!"

P.S. When are you leaving??
