OUR LIFE IN PICTURES!

Austin and I had fun playing dress up for church last week. Austin was so handsome--he looks good in black. With his job he does a lot of trainings, presentations, and dinners and has needed to dress up a lot more than in the past, which is fun for me because I love to dress him. One of our jokes is that we don't need children for me to "dress up" because I have him! I tell him he is my cute lil' dolly! =)



Also in pictures--Austin's darling little sister Alyse is now a college student. She is going to UVSC and living in Orem. She loves to dance and tried out and made the Utah Flash (the Jazz and the Celtics "D" team) dancers. It is so fun for her! It is also fun for the family because we get to go to as many of the flash games as we want. We even get to meet some of the players---and if any of you haven't seen them play yet you need to! They are great players and what is most impressive to me is that a lot of them already have their bachelors degree. Here are some pictures of me and Malinda (my mother-in-law) at one of their games. We had a blast!



HAPPY 2008! 2007 was a great year---I said it would be my favorite because 7 is my lucky number but I have a feeling 2008 is going to be even better! We have a lot of fun plans for this year! Some of them are: our anniversary cruise in the mexican riveria, living in New York City for the summer, visiting Chile with the Overman family...possibly a trip to Hawaii and possibly an excursion in Europe. So it is going to be a year full of adventures! Austin is also managing his office this year on his own--it is going to be a lot of hard work but he has done great so far and I am very proud of him. So 2008 will be a fabulous year for me and Austin! Austin started out the year with a trip to Long Beach,Washington to stay at the Tillitsons property right on the beach for a few days (I will have him post some pictures when he gets back) and ski in Whistler, Canada for a few days with his brother and dad. I am so jealous! But it is going to be a great "man" trip (he seems to have a lot of those doesn't he??)
Here are some pictures of our splendid New Year's Eve. We went with my family to the Jazz game. We had awesome seats (row 4 baby)! It was great game because first, WE WON and second, I have a new FAVORITE PLAYER---Korver. That was his first game with the Jazz and he brought a lot of energy with him. He is a passionate player and seems to always give 100% on the court! He wears his socks like Bryon Russell (my old favorite Jazz player), plus he is known for his 3 point shots. I am excited to watch him play on the Jazz--I think he will be a great asset! Anyway, after the game we went to Spencers steak house. For all of those steak lovers this is a MUST! If you haven't been you must go--soon! It is rated 6 in the country but it is our favorite! We ended up starting the new year watching the ball drop on a tv in a hotel lobby. But Austin and I shared a kiss and a dance so it was nice. We wish all of you peace and joy in your new year!
