Sorry I have been such a boring blogger lately! I spend most of my time reading either in the apartment if it's raining or at the pool if it's not. Nothing too exciting but this summer has definitely been relaxing...for me that is. I am enjoying enough R&R for the both of us.

We watched fireworks from St. Pete's beach--Austin BARELY made the firework show that started at 9:30! This 4th was MUCH more relaxing than last 4th of July. No crowds, no lines, no pushing and threats, no subways and buses....Just the beach and some fireworks---couldn't have asked for a better way to spend the day.
It seems we do a lot of eating out, doesn't it? No wonder why we all gain weight in the summer! =) When the weather is nice we like to go to the beach or the pool and enjoy the sun--BUT that doesn't happen very often. It seems that Florida has been in a draught for 3 years and that draught just happened to end this summer. Despite the almost constant downpour, it is nice to know that Florida is getting the moisture it needs. It is a very green place with lots of beautiful palm trees, flowers, and plants. Hopefully we can have some nice weather in the next couple of weeks because my sister comes---and I have a lot of fabulous things planned---weather permitting of course! Can't wait!

Watching fireworks while sitting on the beach sounds like heaven. Get some R&R for me too while you are at it ;)
WELL i am very happy to see that someone is having fun this summer...ha ha ha! SOmeone please shoot me. I have high hopes for lots of fun when we both get back though!!! You look very cute by the way!! (in all the pic's!)
